Privacy Policy

This comprehensive Privacy Policy details the exact telemetry protocols, analytical data capturing, and cryptographic protection standards applied to your personal and biometric data.

1. Data Controller & Governance Structure

LogicMindLab operates as a distributed scientific journalism platform. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the primary data controller managing this portal is our operational unit.

If you have questions, inquiries, or seek to exercise your legal data privileges, you may directly reach out to our DPO (Data Protection Officer) at contact@logicmindlab.com.

2. Scope of Personal, Biometric & Telemetric Data Captured

To serve and optimize our clinical-grade longevity and cognitive research articles, we process three categories of data:

  • User-Submitted Information: Names, email vectors, and inquiry details provided voluntarily when completing contact forms or signing up for newsletters.
  • Automated Telemetry: IP addresses, localized time zones, browser configuration parameters, screen resolutions, and referral URLs recorded automatically.
  • Biometric Preferences: Custom selections you make during self-assessments, including wearable brand choices (Oura, Whoop) and calculated wellness targets.

We do not gather raw medical history or genetic markers. All biometric preferences are stored locally in cache and are only processed in an aggregated, non-identifiable layout.

3. Programmatic Advertising, Google AdSense & Interest Tracking

To sustain our scientific computational operations, we partner with third-party networks, specifically Google AdSense, to deliver contextual advertising.

Google utilizes cookies (specifically the DoubleClick DART cookie) to deliver personalized ads based on your interest patterns, visit history, and site navigation vectors.

You can easily review Google’s privacy standards or opt out of personalized tracking by accessing the Google Ad Settings portal (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads) or by managing settings via the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out page.

4. Analytics Telemetry & Performance Monitoring

We leverage traffic intelligence tools, primarily Google Analytics 4 (GA4), to evaluate site usability, page response delays, and demographic profiles.

These tools collect anonymous metrics including session duration, bounce rates, and click-through rates. All IP addresses are masked automatically at the earliest point of collection to protect user identity.

5. Legal Basis for Processing & Compliance Frameworks

We only process your telemetry and data under the following legitimate grounds:

  • Explicit Consent: When you subscribe to our newsletter or submit a contact inquiry.
  • Legitimate Interest: Monitoring network stability, checking security, preventing DDoS attacks, and measuring ad delivery performance.
  • Compliance: Adhering to statutory audit requirements and ad safety guidelines.

6. Cryptographic Protection & Data Retention Protocol

All communications on LogicMindLab are encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3/HTTPS). Data stored on our servers is protected using AES-256 standard encryption keys.

Personal contact data is retained for no longer than 12 months following the resolution of your inquiry, after which it is overwritten securely. Analytical statistics are retained in anonymized formats for a maximum of 26 months.

7. Sovereign Data Subject Rights

Regardless of geographical location, you hold complete sovereignty over your telemetry package. Under relevant regulations, you may exercise:

  • The Right to Access: Request a detailed report of the personal information stored in our nodes.
  • The Right to Rectification: Demand correction of inaccurate email records or names.
  • The Right to Erasure (Forgetfulness): Demand complete deletion of your records from our systems.
  • The Right to Portability: Receive a machine-readable JSON package of your stored variables.

To submit an erasure or access request, email contact@logicmindlab.com.

8. Data Protection Officer (DPO) & SLA

We have appointed a designated Data Protection Officer to monitor security compliance, conduct routine privacy impact assessments (PIA), and address user queries. We guarantee a response Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 24 business hours for all privacy-related tickets.
